• Optional company website, company size, and expected timeline
• The area you need help with and your description of your challenge or opportunity

When you complete our Growth Readiness Scorecard, we collect your answers to its questions, the resulting scores, and the contact details you enter to view your results (name, business email, company name, and phone number).

Our hosting provider may automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs to deliver and secure the Website. We use the IP address of form submissions temporarily to prevent abuse, and our spam-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated programs.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry or scorecard results and discuss a potential engagement
• To manage our business relationship with you if you become a client
• To protect the Website from spam, abuse, and security threats

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use inquiry information for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The Website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.

Service providers

Information submitted through the Website is transmitted securely to service providers that help us operate:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and spam protection (Turnstile)
• Resend: delivery of form submissions to our inbox by email
• Hostinger (Titan Mail): our business email

These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and no longer than five (5) years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

Information submitted through the Website is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, validated on our servers, and shared only with the providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide.

Your choices and rights
